Our warehouse is centrally located at 608 Johnson Ave Suite 3 Bohemia, NY, just south of Veterans Memorial Highway, behind Anthony's Coal fired pizza and Starbucks and across from La Quinta Suites Hotel.

We accept credit cards, cash, and checks. If paying with cash, please note that our drivers do NOT carry change. Balance is due at the time of set up.
We highly recommend that someone is home, however, it is not necessary. As long as the bill is paid in full and the setup location is marked, you do not need to be home.
Canceled events before and including 31 days will get a FULL refund in the form of a raincheck. Canceled events between and including 0-30 days before your scheduled event will forfeit all deposits and be responsible for a percentage of the balance. The total amount due is determined on an event by event basis and will be fair and reasonable. All Deposits Are Non-Refundable.
We recommend placing your order and submitting a deposit as soon as possible. This will guarantee the reservation of your items for rent, as we run on a first-come, first-serve basis. That being said if you have a last-minute event, and need rental equipment, as long as it is available it can be rented.
